like yesterday we still make product, and for today we have piscok and tahu pok pok.
afterr we make and sell the product we started the class.
because tomorrow we have a guest, and we got a responsibility for make the afternoon tea so today we prepare all the cake for tomorrow.
for the menu :
1. lemper
2. sachertorte
3. opra cake
4. roti abon
5. talam labu
6. berliner
and my group have to make sachertorte.
after we made 1 recipe, we got a problem because the guest was more than before, so we need to added 100 pax for it.
so we make sachertorte again, but with different sponge cake wich is chocolate sponge
