Dan saya mendapat bagian main course yaitu Aubergines A'la Marocaine,
Recipe nya yaitu
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Coriander seeds
1/2 tbsp Freshly ground
Ground cinnamon
Ground red pepper
1/2 cup Plain low - fat yogurt
2 tbsp Extra virgin oil divided
1 tbsp Chopped fresh mint
1 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
2 pounds Eggplants
Salt, as needed
Cara membuat:
1. Pertama, peel kulit eggplantnya tapi dengan jarak lalu potong dengan bentuk roundless
2. Lalu, marinated dengan coliander ,cumin, ground blackpepper, ground red pepper, groun cinammon, salt and olive oil
3. Kemudian, sesudah di marinated baked the eggplant
