Practice #1, Cheese cake Tartlet

hai guys,
my campus routine's back !
today is my first day practice at campus after on job training.

so, today we're devide into six group and each group has three members.
product for today is tartlet, and my group have to make cheese cake tartlet.
and if we failed to do this product, we will got punishment. but, my group make the product well so we didn't get the punishment.

for the recipe, i'll share to you guys.

ingredient:

Sugar dough
300 gr flour
2 tbsp milk powder
160 gr butter
2 pcs egg
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp icing sugar

Filling
600 gr cream cheese
100 gr sugar
2 tbsp flour
2 pcs whole egg
2 pcs egg yolk
80 gr heavy cream
1 tsp lemon zest

Frosting
160 gr heavy cream
20 gr symple syrup
6 gr gelatine
2 tsp basil seed
