Practice #2 || Croissant, danish, orange tartlet

I'm back guys,
Today we make croissant,danish, and orange tartlet.

But our product is not really good, so we will make them all again tomorrow.

For the orange tartlet you can check the recipe at the last of my post, i just give you the recipe for filling of tartlet.

Orange filling

4 pcs egg
4 pcs egg yolk
250 gr sugar
100 ml lemon jc
200 ml orange jc
80 gr orange zest
1 pcs lemon zest
180 gr butter

Garnish

Whipped cream
Orange slice

CROISSANT

500 gr hard flour
45 gr sugar
8 gr salt
5 gr yeast
1 pcs egg
300 ml fresh milk
300 gr shortening fat
