Practice #5 || leaven sour dough, caramel sponge cake

Hai guys,
today like usually i came before 8am.
and in this week our class have a product, so me and my friends work to make the product.
and after we make it, we sell it in our campur area.

After the product is sold out, we started the class.

Because the construction of our new pastry was finished, we cleaned the area and moved all the pastry items there.


then after we clean all up, we make sour dough by leaven for tomorrow. 

after make leaven, we make sponge cake for we use at wednesday.
each group got a different sponge cake, and i got caramel sponge cake.

 

and like usually, after we do something at pastry and kitchen we must clean the area.
